Overview

TARARA Winery, in Leesburg, Virginia has created the stage for a summer of concerts, where it will present an exciting line up of legendary musicians at The Sounds of Summer.

TARARA’s suspended stage hangs next to TARARA’s 10-acre lake and creates the perfect venue for a summer of music. Here, thousands of people will come together to hear local and regional musicians playing classic jazz to 80’s, 90’s and today’s pop.

Located on 475 acres, on the bluffs of the Potomac River, TARARA has the ideal location for the numerous events and programs held annually. Six miles of hiking trails, a 6,000 square foot Winemaker’s Cave and two wine tasting rooms drew 50,000+ people through Tarara’s doors this past year. Additionally, three major wine festivals combined have attracted up to 12,000 people.

Target Audience

The Virginia wine market is growing at a rapid pace. Wine enthusiasts from around the region are not only frequently visiting winery tasting rooms but are looking to wineries for additional sources of entertainment and relaxation. Moreover, this same core group is looking for evening/night entertainment in Loudoun County which is limited at this time. TARARA markets to that target group for all of its events. TARARA’s primary markets include:

  • 25-45 years old, young professionals, with expendable income, looking for entertainment
  • 35-55 years old, upper to middle income, white collar and with a family.
  • 35-55 years old, upper to middle income, white collar and single.
  • Those looking for a winery experience and an inviting atmosphere where they can unwind and enjoy quality entertainment.
  • The upper to middle income set who know quality wine and expect the atmosphere of the winery and entertainment level to be on par with that of the wine.
  • Those looking for fun, evening entertainment in Loudoun County.

As a major sponsor of The Sounds of Summer, you will enjoy both a major profile with this lucrative market and a platform to create meaningful promotions, cementing the relationship with these consumers.
