Long Bomb  - This plum-colored blend celebrates Whitie Hubert's founding principle that Tarara is a big play, and we are all in it to win! Every aspect of this wine represents the teamwork taken to create a lasting legacy. Key players, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot work in tandem to create a complex, powerful nose and palate. Ripe fruit explodes in the mouth and follows through with aggressive tannins and a long finish! Enjoy this tribute with juicy rare meats, sharp cheeses or kicked-up nachos and Barbequed wings on Game Day!  $25 More Info

2008 Rose - With a composition proportionate to Tarara's production of red wine, this premier vintage represents Tarara in a glass! Our dry, complex Rose' pours with a copper-toned, salmon hue and fills the nose with sweet strawberry and a subtle note of fresh grass. Its full palate offers apple and strawberry with a firm, white pepper character. This chilled wine with the body of a red would be delicious with antipastos, crab cakes, lobster bisque or mild cheeses.  $12 More Info

2006 Merlot   - A delicate classic.  Tarara's Merlot is aged in American oak for up to 10 months.  The wine barrels are blended to create a wine of delicate nature showcasing red currant and blackberry characters with some cedar tones. This wine is wonderful with tender slices of roast beef and creamy horseradish sauce. Try it with a simple pizza marguerite or a thick, juicy burger!  $20

2006 Cabernet Franc
- After first planting this varietal in 1989 to complement the blends of our other Bordeaux varietals, we discovered that Cabernet Franc thrives in Virginia 's red clay. The explosive dark fruit and spice flavors make it a must with grilled portabella mushrooms or barbecued pork.  $20

2006 Cabernet Sauvignon - This wine makes the most dependable candidate for aging, evolving into a truly great wine. Its distinctive cherry and plum aroma carries nuances of cedar, violets, and leather. The tannins are noticeable, but smooth. It is a full-bodied wine with a long spicy finish. $20
