Estate Wine Club Frequently Asked Questions
1) How much does it cost to be a Wine Club Member? How am I charged?
There is no sign-up fee to join our Estate Wine Club. You will be charged quarterly for the trio of wines you receive. The charges are processed automatically using the account number on file for the cost of your wine at a 20% discount, tax and shipping, if applicable.

Beyond this fee, you receive an exclusive 20% discount on all purchases at the winery and online.
2) Why should I join the Estate Wine Club?
The Estate Wine Club is the best way to enjoy Tarara and our wines year-round. Every wine selection is tailored to bring you the very best and offer you access to limited quantity and pre-release wines! Each season brings a variety of Members Only events, advance invitations to wine dinners, festivals and holiday celebrations. Members enjoy two season passes to our Summer Concert Series and a complimentary tasting upon each visit to Tarara. Our Wine Club is truly the ultimate wine experience!
3) How long does membership last?
An Estate Club membership is a one year, four package commitment. Memberships are continually renewed until a cancellation notice is given. Notice must be received one month prior to package releases.
4) When do I receive my wine?
Wine Club packages are released four times per year in January, April, July and October. You will receive notification prior to the release date to inform you of account processing and the availability of your wine. Wine is shipped via UPS Ground and generally arrives within two days. Packages are available for pickup until the next quarterly release.
5) What if I did not receive my most recent shipment?
If you did not receive your most recent package, please contact the winery. In most cases, we are in need of updated account information to properly process the quarterly fee. Once we receive updated information, your wine will be shipped to you or available to pickup at the winery. Please be sure to contact us with address and account updates well in advance of quarterly processing so that you receive your package on time.
6) May I purchase a membership as a gift?
An Estate Wine Club membership is a timeless, delicious gift for nearly anyone in your life. The variety of wine, events and benefits suit any palate and occasion. Simply join using your billing information and the recipient's shipping information. You may pay for the entire year up front or opt to have your credit card charged quarterly. Please be sure to specify whether the recipient will be picking up their package or have it shipped to them.
7) Can my friend pickup my wine for me?
Wine Club packages are retrieved at the winery using identification linked to the member's account. Please contact your Estate Club manager to arrange an alternate pickup. All benefits are non-transferable.
8) How do I cancel my membership?
An Estate Club membership is a one year, four package commitment. After this point, written cancellations may be made through mail to 13648 Tarara Lane, Leesburg, VA 20176, Attn: Estate Wine Club OR via email to estatewineclub@tarara.com. In order for us to continually improve our member's experience, we ask that you include the reason for cancellation in your notification.
